CLIENT AGREEMENT
I look forward to working with you. I am deeply committed to helping you assess your strengths, brand yourself authentically and make progress towards your career goals. Here is more information about the coaching process and how I work.
COACHING IS NOT PSYCHOTHERAPY
Coaching services are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. You are responsible for creating your own decisions and results. You agree not to hold me, or any company I am affiliated with, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process.
GUARANTEE
As so much of the success of your coaching depends on you, I cannot guarantee specific results. However, I am very committed to the satisfaction of my clients. So, if you are unsatisfied with any session, please let me know, and I will make it right with you.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Coach represents, warrants and agrees as follows:
All information provided by the Client to the Coach during the course of the coaching relationship will be deemed “Confidential Information” and kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Coach will not disclose any communications, either verbal or written, that have taken place either between the Coach and the Client or with regard to this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Client.
This confidentiality restriction also applies to testimonials, which the Coach may use for promotional reasons only with the consent of the Client. The Client may request anonymity in connection with any testimonials to be used.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Confidential Information” does not include information that is:
(a) previously known to the Coach prior to discussions regarding this Agreement, free from any obligation to keep it confidential, or
(b) publicly disclosed by the Client either prior to or subsequent to the receipt by the Coach of such information, or
(c) independently developed by the Coach without any access to Confidential Information, or
(d) rightfully obtained by the Coach from a third party lawfully in possession of Confidential Information who is not bound by confidentiality obligations to the Client.
The Coach may disclose Confidential Information if required to do so under applicable law, rule or order; provided that the Coach, where reasonably practicable and to the extent legally permissible, provides the Client with prior written notice of the required disclosure. The Coach will return, or at the Client’s request, destroy, all copies of the Confidential Information in the Coach’s possession or control upon termination of this Agreement.
FEES AND PAYMENT
This package includes:
- Birkman Method Assessment: This assessment gives you clarity on your individual motivations, strengths, interests and needs, and it’s only available through certified practitioners.
- In-depth pre-session homework to help identify threads to your interests and and options
- A 90-minute intensive strategy session with me (in person or virtually) where we’ll uncover your unique profile and brainstorm career options
- Two 45-minute follow-up sessions to clarify options and to identify next steps
- Brand Blueprint Plan
- Access to my “best of” Resource Library of worksheets, articles and exercises to deepen your self-exploration for 2 months
- Investment:$695
All homework must be completed prior to our 90-minute initial session. Sessions must be used within 45 days of first session.
If we need additional sessions to complete our work together, I'm happy to continue supporting you. I do offer discounted packages depending on your needs.
PRIVATE CLIENT ACCESS
Everything we will be using in this coaching experience (tools, forms, schedules, documents, resources, etc) will all be housed conveniently on a secured and confidential “Private Client Site”. Upon engaging my services, you will be given a unique username and password. At your convenience you may access this “Private Client Site” from my main website (www.staceylane.net). I will provide you with the access information and further instructions once we begin coaching.
You'll have full access to the private client site for 60 days.
APPOINTMENTS
Within the private client site, you can book an appointment under the "Calendar" tab. Simply follow the link, check my calendar, and schedule an appointment. Should you wish to have 90 minute sessions (after our initial session), you can combine 2 of your sessions to do this -- you'll see the different options on the Calendar page. You'll receive automated reminders and you can make any changes/updates to your appointments in this same section.
AVAILABILITY AND NOTICE
If you need to reschedule I would appreciate 24 hours notice. I will do all I can to work with you to reschedule within the same week.
In our busy lives, each of us will occasionally need to move a session. I will extend to you the same courtesy and give you as much advance notice as possible. Without notice or a compelling explanation, you will be charged for the session. If you would like to share a success or a problem with me at non-coaching times, you may contact me via the Client Log. I can also be reached by voice or text message at 503.975.6882. Depending on my schedule, I’ll either get back to you the same day or within 48 hours.
